Returns policy
Please note these products are salvaged and upcycled to the highest quality but due to the very nature of their previous use they will have major signs of everyday wear and tear which we
feel adds to the patination.Because of this we do ask our customers to study the pictures and be sure its what they require. Goods proven to be faulty can be returned within 14 days subject to the following:
Items are returned carriage paid.
Items should be returned in their original condition as a resaleable item.
Specially commissioned orders cannot be returned.
Please retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not delivered back to us.You can trace parcel with your carrier.
We can only refund using customers original payment method.
